Wir haben ein 30-tägiges Rückgaberecht, d. h. Sie haben 30 Tage nach Erhalt Ihres Artikels Zeit, eine Rückgabe zu beantragen.

Um eine Rückgabe zu beantragen, muss sich Ihr Artikel im gleichen Zustand befinden, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben: ungetragen oder unbenutzt, mit Etiketten und in der Originalverpackung. Sie benötigen außerdem den Kassenbon oder Kaufbeleg.

Wenn Ihre Rücksendung akzeptiert wird, senden wir Ihnen ein Rücksendeetikett sowie Anweisungen, wie und wohin Sie Ihr Paket senden sollen. Artikel, die ohne vorherige Rücksendeanforderung an uns zurückgesandt werden, werden nicht angenommen.

Schäden und Probleme
Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung nach Erhalt und kontaktieren Sie uns umgehend, wenn der Artikel defekt oder beschädigt ist oder Sie den falschen Artikel erhalten haben, damit wir das Problem prüfen und beheben können.


Ausnahmen / Nicht rückgabefähige Artikel
Bestimmte Artikel sind von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen, beispielsweise verderbliche Waren (z. B. Lebensmittel, Blumen oder Pflanzen), Sonderanfertigungen (z. B. Sonderbestellungen oder personalisierte Artikel) und Körperpflegeprodukte (z. B. Kosmetikprodukte). Auch Gefahrstoffe, brennbare Flüssigkeiten oder Gase können nicht zurückgenommen werden. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen zu Ihrem Artikel kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.

Leider können wir keine Rücksendungen von reduzierten Artikeln oder Geschenkkarten akzeptieren.

Der schnellste Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie das gewünschte Produkt erhalten, besteht darin, den vorhandenen Artikel zurückzusenden und nach der Annahme der Rücksendung einen separaten Kauf für den neuen Artikel zu tätigen.


Europäische Union 30 Tage Bedenkzeit
Ungeachtet des Vorstehenden haben Sie bei Warenlieferungen in die Europäische Union das Recht, Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu stornieren oder zurückzugeben. Wie bereits erwähnt, muss sich Ihr Artikel im gleichen Zustand befinden, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben: ungetragen oder unbenutzt, mit Etiketten und in der Originalverpackung. Sie benötigen außerdem den Kassenbon oder Kaufbeleg.


Rückerstattungen
Wir benachrichtigen Sie, sobald wir Ihre Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, und teilen Ihnen mit, ob die Rückerstattung genehmigt wurde oder nicht. Im Falle einer Genehmigung erfolgt die Rückerstattung automatisch innerhalb von 10 Werktagen über Ihre ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Bearbeitung und Verbuchung der Rückerstattung durch Ihre Bank oder Ihr Kreditkartenunternehmen einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen kann.

Once upon a time in a cozy forest, where pine trees whispered secrets and stars giggled above the treetops, lived two not-so-ordinary creatures — a dog named Paw and a cat named Joy. One was loud and fluffy, the other sleek and pensive. Together, they weren’t just best friends... they were future entrepreneurs.

Paw was a lively husky who loved long walks, howling at the moon, and chasing leaves like they owed him money. He was a natural leader, though often forgot what he was leading.
