These Terms explain the rules for using Paws4Joy, placing orders and purchasing personalized pet jewelry through the store.
Personalized products have special cancellation and return rules because they are made for one order.
Free shipping applies to every personalized order; taxes or local import fees may still apply.

By visiting the Paws4Joy website, placing an order or using store features, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store, including Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access or use the store in a way that could damage Paws4Joy, customers or service providers.
Orders, prices and payment
Product prices, available variants, taxes and delivery options are shown during checkout. Every order receives free shipping. An order is not accepted until checkout is completed and payment is authorized.
We may cancel or refuse an order if payment fails, information appears inaccurate, fraud is suspected, the product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.
Personalized products
Paws4Joy products may be made using pet photos, names, paw prints, dates, initials, messages or other details submitted by the customer. You are responsible for checking all personalization details before ordering.
- Upload clear JPG, JPEG or PNG photos that you have permission to use, ideally with the pet's face sharp, well lit and fully visible.
- Check spelling, dates, initials, punctuation and product options carefully.
- Request changes quickly; once production begins, edits or cancellations may no longer be possible.
- Personalized products usually cannot be returned for change of mind or customer-submitted errors.
Shipping, delivery and returns
Personalized items require production time before dispatch. Every order receives free shipping; delivery timing may vary by destination, carrier, address accuracy, customs checks and seasonal volume.

We aim to present product photos, descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Small differences in screen color, finish, engraving appearance, scale or material tone may occur. Product details can change over time, so please review the product page before ordering.
Intellectual property
The Paws4Joy name, website design, product copy, photography, graphics and other store content belong to Paws4Joy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or misuse store content without permission.
Uploaded content
When you upload a photo or submit personalization text, you confirm that you have the right to use it for your order. You allow Paws4Joy and its service providers to use that content as needed to create, review, ship and support the personalized product.
Limits of responsibility
We work carefully to provide a reliable store and meaningful products, but we cannot promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
