Every Paws4Joy piece is made around your pet, photo, name or message. Because personalized items are created especially for one order, they usually cannot be returned for change of mind, customer-submitted spelling, photo choice, selected options or an incorrect shipping address.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, please contact support as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Order edits or cancellations may be possible only before production begins. Once a personalized piece is being made, packed or dispatched, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
