Each personalized Paws4Joy piece is created especially for you. Personalized items usually require 2-5 business days for preparation and production before dispatch.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been personalized, packed and dispatched. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• United Kingdom: 3-6 business days
• Europe and selected active destinations: generally 1-10 business days, depending on destination
• Cyprus: 4-8 business days
• New Zealand: 5-15 business days

Available destinations, current delivery estimates and shipping costs are shown during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Tracking links can take a little time to update after the first scan by the carrier.
